The safety statement continues with how we treat our refs. The referee reserves the right to stop play, end games early and remove players from the pitch and facility as needed to uphold the safety statement.

• No food or drink allowed on turf (water bottle with cap allowed)
• No gum allowed at the facility
• No spitting on the turf
• No metal cleats allowed (turf or molded cleats allowed)
• We are a smoke free / tobacco facility. No smoking, chewing or vaping on the property
• Children 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No pets allowed inside the facility
• Anyone going on the turf would be considered a participant and must sign our waiver

Anyone not following these rules will be asked to leave the facility.

Flying Fives desire to maintain a safe facility goes beyond rules to follow. We have taken a number of steps to assure your safety while on our property and during your play.

We added the following equipment and training to take proactive steps to your safety.

1 – Safegoals – Our main goals for 5v5 are Safegoals. These goals are foam lined to reduce and prevent the potential injury to players when coming into contact with them. 2 – Foam padding – we provided foam padding around our facility at each structural beam to be reduce player injury when making contact with them.

3 – AED – we have an AED onsite and we commit to having one employee onsite trained in using the AED whenever we are open.

4 – Video Recording – All of the main areas of our facility are under constant video surveillance and recording.

5 – Employee training – We commit to having one person onsite trained for the following whenever we are open.

• First Aid
• Blood-borne pathogens
• CPR
• AED
• Sudden Cardiac arrest and Lindsay’s Law
• Heads Up Concussion Awareness through the CDC
